Sofya Gollan NSW
An award-winning screenwriter, director, Deaf creative/community consultant and access coordinator based in Sydney. She is a graduate from both NIDA and AFTRS, and she trained with Bridge06 in Feb 2023 to become an AC. On completion she recognised a major skills gap in the Australian industry and was Australia’s set-up AC co-producing with Screen Australia the first in-person training workshop of 12 DDN screen practitioners from Australia and New Zealand.
2024 AC work has been with Matchbox Pictures and the ABC.

Declan Caruso NSW
Declan is an award-winning director, producer and writer, originally from regional QLD and now Sydney-based. Having started his career in hybrid live-action / CG children’s and television commercial direction and production, Declan was selected for Screen NSW’s Emerging Producer Placement in 2022 – and continued at the agency as Acting Screen Investment Manager – before returning to the industry as Production Coordinator at Lingo Pictures. Declan was credited on six scripted series in 2023: Upright Season 2, The Messenger, Queen of Oz, Prosper, After The Party and Erotic Stories (for the latter two, serving as Associate Producer). Declan currently works in a freelance capacity across a variety of screen productions, and continues to develop and produce narrative work for his scripted production label Psychedelia Films.

Bridie Mc Kim NSW
Bridie is an actor, screen access coordinator, and inclusion consultant for the disability inclusion consultancy firm Get Skilled Access, founded by Dylan Alcott. She has cerebral palsy and uses her lived experience to advocate for people with disability within screen and in the wider community and workplaces.
Bridie graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) with a degree in acting and has since worked across stage and screen. She became the first actor with disability to have a lead role on Australian television when she worked on two seasons of The Heights for the ABC. Bridie has also appeared in Bump, Christmas Ransom, Dive Club, Irreverent, and Joe Vs. Carole.

Liz Cooper NSW
An award-winning writer/director with 20+ years’ experience. Liz creates an intimacy that is realised across her work in drama, documentary and online content. Her 2016 short film Wolf, financed by Screen NSW Emerging Filmmakers Fund, was preselected for Cannes Critics Week and Official Competition. Cooper has produced over 30 hours of engaging content for the Raising Children Network and Accessible Arts NSW. As a proud disabled artist, she has been part of leadership initiatives including Sync Twilight Leadership Program and Front and Centre program. Liz is dedicated to advancing disabled leaders in film and the arts.

Brooke Scobie NSW
Brooke Scobie is a queer, First Nations AuDHD multi-disciplinary creative, passionate about equity for neurodivergent communities. Brooke has over 15 years in community services and 5 years in the arts. They hold qualifications in Creative & Indigenous Writing, Applied Social Science, and Management. With a diverse background in community work, Brooke has experience in the mediation, counselling, youth work, housing, out-of-home care, and education sectors. Brooke’s experience in the arts lies in writing, producing and artist management, while their writing has earned 2nd place in the 2020 Judith Wright Poetry Prize and a finalist spot for the 2023 David Unaipon award.

Sarah Carroll NSW
An award-winning Pasifika, queer and neurodiverse writer, performer and theatre producer working on Dharug Land. Carroll (she/they) has two successful one woman shows under her belt, Cherry (Sydney Fringe Award Winners and Hollywood Fringe Nominee) and Unkissed (Shopfront – ArtsLab). They have participated in the AFTRS Talent Camp, Midsumma Pathways, Brand X Ground Zero, Accessible Arts NSW, Antipodes Theatre Winter Lab and Q Theatre Lab. Carroll’s writing work has been published with ACON (Stories Out West) and The Writing Zone as part of the Western Sydney University Writing and Society Research Centre. Carroll strives to champion for underrepresented voices to be heard and create works that uplift and engage audiences in new and exciting ways.

Stephanie Dower QLD
Stephanie Dower is an Australian Screen Producer, Writer, and Access Coordinator. In 2021, Stephanie produced and edited short film Sunshine, a Bus Stop Films and Taste Creative project funded through Screen Queensland’s RIDE Shorts program. Since then, Stephanie produced the AACTA-nominated short film And The Ocean Agreed alongside Luisa Martiri and Writer/Director Tanya Modini, and served as Access Coordinator for feature films Spit and Amazon Studios’ The Bluff. As founder and creative lead of production company Dower Productions, Stephanie is developing a slate of exciting and bold projects including travel series Carry On, and romantic/drama feature Seeing Scout.
An advocate for disability inclusion both on and off the screen, Stephanie is an inaugural member of Screen Queensland’s Equity and Diversity Taskforce, and served as an appointed advisor to the Screen Producers’ Australia Council. Stephanie also co-hosts Attitude Foundation’s ReFramed, and is a regular speaker at prolific industry events.

Chanel Bowen WA
Bowen is a member of the disability and hard-of-hearing communities and advocates for disability stories on screen. She has partnered with A2K Media for Disability Justice Lens and serves on the Minister’s Advisory Committee for Disability in Western Australia. Bowen received the Regional to Global Screenworks and Australians in Film Internship with Animal Logic Entertainment and Truant Pictures in the USA. Bowen has been recognised as a Screen Producers Australia Ones to Watch in 2023. She has worked as an AC with Easy Tiger, Warner Bros and LakeMartin Films in 2024.

Michele Saint-Yves SA
Saint-Yves primarily writes for performance - stage, screen and poetry – and has directed and produced social impact documentaries and short films. She is a certified Audio Describer and Access Coordinator for theatre, visual art, screen (including music videos) and public installations. Saint-Yves has been selected for multiple screen industry development initiatives such as with Matchbox Pictures, AFTRS Talent Camp, Mercury CX Springboard Plus, many in partnership with the South Australian Film Corporation. Recently her screen projects have been shortlisted for Adelaide Festival Film Lab, Mercury CX Quicksilver grant and SBS-SAFC Full Tilt initiative.
She has worked with Causeway FIlms (feature film) and Nexus Arts Interplay (music videos) as an AC in 2024.
